I am having problem I don't know how to pull the all the mobs and animals in range to the position of player,entity...? I am greatly appreciated your help if you can show me.

You can use World::getEntitiesWithinAABB. To get all mobs use IMob.MOB_SELECTOR as the filter. To select all animals, select living entities that do not implement IMob and are not players.

So what method will I use (using a block) to do that ?

Entities store their own position which you can get using entity#getPosition.
