Forge crashing all the time with no mods PLEASE HELP

Hello IDK why but for some reasons my forge seems to crash everytime without even mods and with any version I use.I reinstalled the whole .minecraft folderbut nothing worked

is it that splash.properties ? should I like open it with notepad and so something there ?
