Hi there everyone, this is my first post on the forums, I think I'm posting this in the right place but not 100% sure. I'm looking to see if any client-side mods exist to block the use of XRay on a Forge server.

I currently run a modded SMP server and most of my users blindly download whatever mods I tell them to download (its in a shared cloud folder that everyone can access). I know that some of them are using XRay but they continue to deny it. I am looking for a 1.11.2 mod where the players can download it and run it in their mods folder, and it can scan their mods folder to see if there is an XRay mod in the folder. If there is, they will not be able to join my server.

Thanks for your time!

This is the wrong location.
Modder Support is for those working with Creating, Fixing, Updating Mods etc.

However, I believe this is what you want: Mod Control

It's a Server-Side mod; As such, only the server needs it.
It has 3 lists;

Gray-List: Mods the client HAS to HAVE.
White-List: Mods the client CAN have.

Black-List: Mods the Client CAN NOT have.

Hmm, I have come to the same conclusion. Is anyone willing to create a CLIENT-SIDE mod where I get my users to put it into their mods folder, then the mod reads the actual files inside the mods folder and if it reads a file with XRay in the name, it disables them from joining my server? Or something that isn't 100% dependent on a server-side mod?
