Modded Server Mods Wont Work!

I installed mods (client side) and they work fine i can go into single player and use them without issue but i made a forge server and i can get in and i try and place a modded block or use a modded weapon it does not work. ive made a mods folder in the server folder and put the mods in (Morph,Tinkers construct and Open blocks.) along with what they need ichuns util, Mantle and some core thing cat remember the name off the top of my head but still nothing. ive looked at multiple videos and nothing helps ive opped myself but still no change. 

One thing i found in my logs was this and im not sure what to make of it:

Examining for coremod candidacy (mod name)

Not found coremod data in (same mod name^^)

And it repeats for every mod
