May 18, 20178 yr Down for me too. Impossible to download without files.minecraftforge because the file forge-1.11.2-13.20.2298-installer.jar downloads files from files.minecraftforge ... I'm juste waiting
May 18, 20178 yr A member of the team has already confirmed that it is down on an identical thread. They are working on it, no ETA announced.
May 18, 20178 yr I am having same issue here, so i run a test for it and yes, its looks like down globaly. My solution is temporary change its dns to localhost in the hosts file and then host the jar file locally for the installer to work.
