[SOLVED] Forge 1.10.2 Crashing on ascii.png load

I just recently tried to run forge on my older Windows 7 laptop. Specifically the 1.10.2-forge1.10.2-12.18.3.2185 and 1.10.2-forge1.10.2-12.18.3.2316 versions. I ran it with no mods to start, just to make sure it worked. At current point it hasn't. It stops responding at the loading screen, either while loading the ascii.png in textures, or while loading the Language Loader. I'm not getting a crash report because it's just stopping. But here's my latest FML log (I hope that's the right thing) and the game output with 4 errors, 27 warnings, and 64 infos. I've tried re-installing, deleting SEVERAL Java options that may have caused it, and all other posts i found (not on here, the two that actually tried to help were on this site) were full of nonsense and rude people.

Thanks to anyone for help.

I hope I uploaded this right, I read the EAQ.

EDIT:
I miss read the EAQ Forgive me

Well, if you do have the same issue, the solution is already posted.

If that doesn't work, make your own thread instead of posting in a solved thread more than half a year old.

Don't PM me with questions. They will be ignored! Make a thread on the appropriate board for support.

1.12 -> 1.13 primer by williewillus.

1.7.10 and older versions of Minecraft are no longer supported due to it's age! Update to the latest version for support.
