I have never had problem's before when downloading forge onto mc, but I don't know what's happened it keep's saying that libraries have failed to download all the time. I took a screenshot of what it comes up with each time and it just doesn't want to work, if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated. also this is for forge version 1.10.2

That's what I a using, I don't use the installer, but that is the message that come's up everytime, and I have restarted my PC, I have reinstalled mc twice, I have also deleted it all manually and got rid of all traces of what there was of mc, but still this will not work.

Yeah, this is the name of the installer I have: "forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2185-installer.jar" I click on it and it comes up with the usual unpacking libraries etc, and then it give's me the error it's never happened before.
