FTB Beyond Version 1.8.1 Running Minecraft 1.10.2

I found the issue. The launch wrapper was broken causing the error. Here is a link to download the fixed one.

https://libraries.minecraft.net/net/minecraft/launchwrapper/1.12/launchwrapper-1.12.jar

This is the file path

Feed the Beast Server\libraries\net\minecraft\launchwrapper\1.12

Then replace the launch wrapper with the fixed one and it works.
