1.7.10 Server crashing

I made a 1.7.10 server with forge 1.7.10 10.13.4.1566. I currently have the mods installed to my minecraft mods folder and my forge server mod folder.

When I load up my server I can't place any blocks from the mod for example when I try to place down a chair from the furniture mod it just instantly disappears. When I also try to use the crystal ball from the minecraft comes alive. I right click and click male and my minecraft crashes. Everything works in single player. Please help me
