Project Ozone ticking memory exception repeated login crash

This has been a repeated problem; at first I had this issue, then found that after updating Extra Planets that there was a tier 10 rocket on a tier 1 launch pad, and after removing that the game seemed to go smoothly for a while. Now this crash happens pretty much instantaneously after start-up. Does anyone know if it's a specific block or entity in the world or mod that causes the problem?
