[1.11.2] Getting strange Errors/Can't join world

When I got onto my dev environment today, I launched and tried to enter a world. It crashed immediately. Even trying to create a new world crashes me.

The weird thing is, I didn't change anything from yesterday, and yesterday it all worked fine.

This is one of the errors that I'm getting:

I honestly have no clue how this is happening.

Yes, as you can see I'm using other mods, but they worked fine before...

I use all of these mods:

If you have any Idea what may be causing this, please let me know!

You are, like the error report is saying, referencing a field that doesn't exist in your this class :

at mcjty.theoneprobe.network.PacketGetInfo$Handler.handle(PacketGetInfo.java:110) ~[PacketGetInfo$Handler.class:?]

Maybe you can solve it yourself now. Otherwise I'll need to see that class to help you further (:

Does everything work fine without that mod?

Yes, If I remove all other mods it works fine. I just have no idea why fields like player or fontRenderer would be missing... IIRC those are client only fields, so the issue might have to do with some client-only stuff. I was working on GUIs for my mod, I might have broken some stuff and just not noticed it... Gonna check

It might be an issue with MCP mappings where mods use latest mappings but your deobfuscated MC is not. I remember thePlayer being renamed to player and theFontRenderer to fontRenderer at some point. I suggest checking the actual names of fields in Minecraft class.

That might be it, gonna check it out

EDIT: Looks like player is called "player", but the font renderer is called "fontRendererObj". Gonna check out the Actually additions source code

EDIT 2: Weird, actually additions also uses fontRendererObj... I'm gonna try to setupDecompWorkspace again

    • I'm researching the how to create biomes in json. There is a great tool for creating the jsons online. Using the vanilla `river` biome, I want to essentially create a custom disk feature that mixes 3 blocks instead of a single-block provider. Any ideas on where to start with that?
    • I figured out what was wrong ... you can spot it pretty quick most likely: { "type": "minecraft:smelting", "ingredient": { "item": "minecraft:gold_nugget_ore" }, "result": "minecraft:gold_nugget", "experience": 0.25, "cookingtime": 150 }   ... so, after changing `minecraft` to `foundations` for all the custom items and all the recipes work. Well that's what copy/paste will get you. One last question about recipes, though. What does the following json key/value do in the game? "group": "copper_ingot"

    • Is there a way to create a custom map marker for a custom structure/biome (same as a vanilla mansion)?
    • I’ve scrounged the Internet for solutions and found absolutely nothing that has worked for me I have posted my code in a GitHub Repository. I bet the culprit is somewhere in the Container or TileEntity classes (Furnace packages are in blocks/coke_furnace or blocks/foundry) PS I know I’m on 1.12.2 and that it’s not supported I don’t want to update my game or my code. Lol It’s my favorite version and the most widely modded. I don’t plan to release the mod, I’m just customizing my game to my will. I’ll send it to friends but that’s it.
