Forge Crashes when the controls menu pops up

When I open up Forge 1.12 and go to options then controls my game suddenly crashes. I forgot the error message that it had shown me and I can't go back to check it because the next day it crashes whilst initializing the game. I was using the Mo' Bends Mod as well as the Optifine mod and two lite mods in conjunction with forge. I did clean out all the mods but the game continued to crash.

Post the FML log (logs/fml-client-latest.log inside your game directory).

 

Also, remove every mod you have. If it stops crashing, it's one of the mods' fault.

Thanks for your help it worked and it was the cause of a mod

The game only crashes whilst initializing when Optifine is running

Then you should send a crash log with the FML log to the author, with the game only running Forge and Optifine.
