doesnt load correctly the profile

The problem that I have is that every time i use the forge profile hoping that the title screen changes doesnt work.

The launcher is installed correctly and the mods are on the same version but when minecraft runs, the vanilla mojang loading screen starts.

Also my mods open with the notepad, is this good? When I try to open them with java it doesnt work

Please help
