I installed the 1.8 forge launcher the other day. But when it finished installing client it didn't add a 1.8 client to launcher. I asked my friend did 1.8 work for him (as we installed it at the same time) but it didn't work for him too. I tried to find a way to fix it, I found no help. I even tried to extract into the versions folder but no.

Please help.

1. I installed forge 1.8 installer.
2. I activated it.
3. I chose ''Install Client'' and pressed ''Ok''
4. It finished Installing a Minecraft client
5. I went on Minecraft launcher
6. The 1.8 forge wasn't in clients.

I don't get why
