The -Xmx256M is still present. Are you sure you don't have the environment variable anymore?

yep ;-; i dont have the JAVA_OPS anymore, could there be another one?

I may sound stupid(and i probably am) but when it crashes it sayd this: "It looks like you are using an unsupported modified version of the game

"
