where can i get help for 1.7.10 forge?

i posted earlier about having issues with a mod pack that i have made and was told that 1.7.10 forge is no longer supported here does any one know where i can go to get help, or if you can help me please reply thanks.

1.7.10 is more than three years old now. Why can't you just write mods for newer versions?

the mods im using haven't been updated since 1.7.10 hence why im using it
