I don't know why the topic has been locked - the problem hasn't been solved there.

 

I got same problem - solution is easy, import the right EventBus :).

 

import net.minecraftforge.event.EventBus

->

import com.google.common.eventbus.EventBus;

mnn.getNativeLang() != English
