Forge libraries failed to download

I previously had the same issue, but with more libraries that did not download. So I downloaded each library by myself and put them in the folders. It worked and allowed me to install forge. Though now when I try to launch the game with forge it stops loading at a certain point and says, "Not responding" I know it normally should say that but this time it really doesn't respond and freezes. Afterwards a notepad pops up with other libraries that failed to download. I was wondering if someone had the files I could download or ways to fix this problem.
