Not Sure What the Problem Is

Trying to run a modded server on Debian Wheezy-based VPS, keep getting this error:

All directory perms are proper, starting server with a bash script

 

#!/bin/bash

java -server -jar -d64 -Xms1024M -Xmx3064 forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2316-universal.jar nogui

 

nothing has changed with the server files...

I already did, not really a choice in the matter as I have to get the server back up (owner changed hosts).
