Disable POV shading while standing under blocks

Minecraft will shade everything including the sky if you stand under a block as you can see in this example:

I am pretty sure you can disable it easily, however, I was not able to find it.

If you know a way that is can disable that and not make everything shaded while standing under a block it would really help
