Hello there so i have the 1.8 version of forge but when im playing with forge i get 10-20fps when without it i go to 80-300.Any idea wht is goin on? I have inter core i3 and nvdia graphics

  My friends and I are using a modified version of Better Minecraft and I've been trying to add more mods when this error pops up, I've tried multiple things like updating the mods and that doesnt seem to help, if anyone could narrow down the problem that would be greatly appreciated.
