1.12 Crashes while launching

I've been trying to play some mods on 1.12 minecraft and for a while it worked but, now whenever I try launch the game it crashes. I've redownloaded forge and it still doesn't work. I'm not good at computers so if there is something else I should try please let me know and I would really appreciate someone helping me asap. Thanks

ok all you have to do to help me help you is open your .minecraft file, crash-reports, open the top one and copy it, then paste it in a spoiler

Sorry, that's the way I do it, and it works for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but you probably know more about it.
