Help with Pixelmon/Forge

     Me and my friends have recently decided to make a moded minecraft server of out own. We chose to do pixelmon (1.7.10) And everything is working fine and dandy (mini map mod, homes mod, ect.) Even the pixelmon hotbar shows up. But the thing is, no pixelmon spawn, not even the spawners, or your starter (You get automaticly.) I have tried a numerous number things, Like restarting the map, remaking the  server THREE times, and using a modpack launcher, aswell as vinilla minecraft. Please give me feedback ASAP 

(I did not use port forwerding, I use a virtual router called Hamachi, but it works the exact same.)
