Only my Forge Profiles Crash

Hi,

Only my forge profiles are crashing, I deleted all my mods and they still crash without loading. Help.

Mojang JUST update there launcher, I am almost 100% CERTAIN that this is the issue. Majong added or removed something critical that allowed forge to work properly.

2 Weeks ago i got a new laptop and installed on it curseforge and normal minecraft and java, and wanted initialy to test how some modpacks would run to then start a new world to play when i had time.
Fresh windows 11 install, i wouldn't think anything could happen but bam error -1073741819, and i can't find any way to remedy this. I reinstalled java, updated drivers, reinstalled minecraft, launchers, even prism launcher, tried eclipse temurium instead of normal java... nothing seems to work

okay so, for reference im using The Obsessed mod, (not sure if it helps, but might as well include it), and it shows the driver issue popup in the logs, so i go through the three solutions, but it still pops up and minecraft doesnt. can i have some help? thanks! :)

I tried to delete it but now it appeares the error -1 and it sais that The game crashed: rendering overlay Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException: Failed loading config file tacz-client.toml of type CLIENT for modid tacz
