Hello i have recently started using Forge and wanted to make a Modded server that me and one friend could play on, but i cant open the Forge-1.12.2-14.23.0.2491-universal Jar File (when i double click it the courser will get the blue loading circle from Windows 10 but it only lasts for a few seconds and nothing else happens). I can open the Minecraft_server.1.12.2 Jar File but not the Forge one. Can anyone help me? i tried all the updates from Java.
