forge-1.12.2-14.23.0.2491-installer-win.exe.log

I am trying to install Forge 1.12.2 using the recommended version of the windows installer. The installer seems to run fine but at the end I get an error message stating:

These libraries failed to download. Try again.

org.ow2.asm:asm-all:5.2

net.minecraftforge:MecuriusUdater:1.12.2

I have attached a screen shot of the error as well as the installer log file.

A folder is created in the .minecraft\versions directory however it is empty. Any idea what might be going on? I tried searching for the exact error but did not fine anything. I of course could very well be missing something simple.

Thank you in advance, any help is greatly apreciated.

I think i am all set. It looks like there there was proxy running I was not aware of from work. I restarted in safe-mode with networking and was able to install forge successfully. I think work may have pushed something out as part of an update to cause this issue. Maybe time to stop using work PC for personal stuff as well.

I'm sorry for the fire drill.

Thanks again
