Mods are not running

My 1.12.2 forge server opens and runs, when i put mods in the mod folder it crashes, see attached report.  I am new to running mods, sorry if this is a silly question.

okay, thanks for taking a look, i had to google what that was then it dawned on me to look in the folder!!  I suck at this but thats okay you guys will help!

i ran it again and this is what i was given.  these are timed and dated the same, it doesnt make sense why it isnt staying open.  the mods i am trying to run maybe not compatible?

oh i didnt realize they were bad, where do i go to get legit mods?

I did, it gives a list of bad sites, where do I find a list of ones that are good?

These are all the mods I think I would like to run, I can only get the Grim mod to run, the others will not run, I am also trying to run them all, will they all work together?
