nope, even the log is the exact same, i also tried with the Dimensional doors just in case and nothing. -

Backup the world and make a test without Create -
now it doesnt give any errors and sort of tries to load some chunks but still frozen. here is the log (https://paste.ee/p/JXOAKw37)

And without modernfix? -
In the config the only thing with "INSTANCED" was "Backend" so i changed that to off but still no luck. has always heres the new log (https://paste.ee/p/QZn2IFSX)
