every time I try to play multiplayer, singleplayer, or a realm it tries to load then gets stuck at the dirt terrain loading screen

here is the crash report

    actually i did install forge but everytime i do the version with forge just makes me freeze at the loading screen

    ok nvm i factory reset my computer and now it works
