Washed Posted December 31, 2017 Posted December 31, 2017 So I've been using forge since forever when recently, when I logged in with forge, on Hypixel I got 1 fps and I couldn't move at all cause it was too laggy. The screen didn't even pop up when I pressed escape. I even tried this on a completely brand new world I made and it was a white screen with 1 fps. I got rid off all my mods and tried it again and still the same problem. I also re-installed the forge profile to no avail. I went as far as to try out the 5 zig mod profile and the optifine profile to ultimatly face the same issue. The only way I could play without getting 1 fps was to use the default profile in which I got from 80-100 fps. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it cause it's really hard to play without some of the mods I use on a regular basis. Thanks in advance. Quote
BlueDude Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 I am also getting 1fps when playing with mods and then minecraft will crash. When playing without mods I am getting about 60fps. I am playing this on a PowerSpec 1510 /GTX 1070 8GB / 16 GB ram. Have attached log files for assistance. I was able to play this with no issues on an older Win7 desktop with an Intel shared graphics card and 4 total ram. Any insights would be helpful. thanks fml-client-1.log fml-client-2.log fml-client-3.log fml-client-latest.log fml-junk-earlystartup.log latest.log Quote
Washed Posted January 1, 2018 Author Posted January 1, 2018 Sorry but where do you find the FML logs? Quote

Washed Posted January 1, 2018 Author Posted January 1, 2018 I've been playing for ages. I ran forge but I still don't see it. Is it in the .minecraft folder then logs? Quote
Washed Posted January 1, 2018 Author Posted January 1, 2018 I used the latest 1.8.9 forge version as well as the recommended 1.8.9 forge version where this still happened. It wouldn't make sense if it's the version because many other youtubers and many of my friends use 1.8.9 and it works perfectly. Quote
Washed Posted January 1, 2018 Author Posted January 1, 2018 I should be. I have the new launcher so. Quote
Washed Posted January 2, 2018 Author Posted January 2, 2018 Hey so I tried using multi mc and it worked perfectly with 1.8.9. Thank you so much for your help. I just hope it doesn't start lagging again. Quote

I remember the new launcher having problems with logs in outdated Minecraft versions (seriously, please update ). Sorry to kinda jump into the thread, but a lot of the community is not updating because of PvP, I personally always use 1.8.9 when PvPing, even though I mod for and play singleplayer modded on 1.12.2. You get a huge advantidge block-hitting, making it so much easier to use 1.8.9. So, the PvP community never updates until Mojang fixes PvP. Also Washed did you try allocating MC more RAM? Also I suggest using the recommended version instead of latest, its recommended for a reason. Quote

And I used recommended and latest both not working however it works with Multi MC. Quote
