When I tried to open the win-installer files, they would not launch, and instead would just sit there, as if nothing had happened. As for the JAR Installer, Java 8, update 151 stated that the JAR file was "incompatible or corrupted". I used the reccomended versions for both 1.12.2 and 1.8.
