java is not working with forge

so i recently got a new computer and had to reinstall forge  and java but when i did it showed this.

there are errors in the following switches:

"C:\Users\(my name)\Downloads\forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2185-installer.jar";.

so i tried again and again and they did not work.

so please please help!!!!!!!!!!!
