Forge won't disable Mods [1.8]

I had pixelmon enabled as soon as I downloaded it now that  I will play something else when I want it turned off I can't disable the disable button does nothing. Please help, and I can't rename it.

Please someone Reply I need to fix it. It's a jar file so I can't delete or rename it.

The disable button doesn't for most mods.

 

You should create multiple profiles for different sets of mods, and switch between them when you want to play something different.
