Posted January 15, 20187 yr Hello, I have been spending the whole night searching forums and tutorials but I just cant fix the issue. I am trying to use optifine with forge. I have tried and tried over again but it wont work. I am using the latest optifine+forge and have followed every tutorial perfectly. Can anyone send me their .minecraft file with forge and optifine working together . sorry if the post is incredibly vague but it is one am in the morning and I am tired as hell. Thank you
January 17, 20187 yr Try putting Optifine's jar file into your mods folder (If you don't have one, just make a new file in your '.minecraft' file titled 'mods'). If that doesn't work, try making sure that your Forge, Optifine, and Minecraft version numbers are all the same (1.12, 1.7, etc.).
