So I just downloaded the Carpenter's Blocks mod for 1.12.2, and I went  to minecraft to load the mod. but, the mod wasn't there. the parent mod existed, but there weren't ny mods to activate. 

HOW THE FUCK DO I ENABLE THE MOD?

    Also I have a mod installed called dooglamooworlds, which is the only working mod I have. I thought this mod was causing the mod to mess up, so I disabled it, but it did nothing.

    there is also no mcmod.info file

    UPDATE:

    I download the TF2 mod and its working fine. I can configure it. but I cant configure the carpenters blocks mod. Either the mod is corrupted or its a fake mod.
