[1.12.2] I Broke It - My Container

So I am trying to move my DualFurance over to 1.12.2 and all is well. It works great....but I broke my container when you shift click an Item that is fuel. If you shift click and item that is not fuel but can go into the furnace, nothing happens.

I know its probably in the transferStackInSlot since that is the home of the lovely Shift+Click from what I can recall. Thoughts or ideas?
