Hello. I am attempting to download the latest version Forge, forge-1.12.2-14.23.2.2611-installer-win,  and am getting the message The Libraries failed to download. Try again. I attempted the fix of the command prompt java -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -jar. I did this, input the command prompt, got back the message posted, and i still could not download forge. What am I doing wrong, is there another step required for this to work. I have attempted this with multiple versions of forge and i am still unable to download it. The problem seems to have started possibly when I had to re download everything minecraft related after the latest launcher seems to be bugged in an infinite "building terrain".

Ok. I did that and now it worked. It said it successfully installed Forge. Thank you very much
