How forge stole mah floor T_T

Hi so ever since I installed forge the tiles underneath what should be chairs in servers resource pack are gone.

now before I installed forge the floor was there now it is gone, I tried removing all the mods I installed, and it didn't help so its the basic stuff coming with the forge that must be da reason. Can someone please tell me what can I do to fix it?
