Whenever I open up Minecraft it starts loading but stops at Forge mod loader, yes I do have mods including Optifine. Then another message pops up saying, "Java(TM) Platform SE Binary not responding" Any sort of help would be VERY appreciated.

Sorry but the mods I'm using are all 1.7.10 They were working before and everything but just all of a sudden this error started. Also I don't know how to post the logs.

 

First of all 1.6 is before 1.7.10 thus you telling me to upgrade doesn't make any sense when that says for me to get the 1.6 version. So exactly where should I go for help then?

Last time I checked 1.7.10 is a legacy version of the game. Also, you can find where to find logs with a simple google search. Start with the forums for the mods you are using.

"There is an installer for 1.6.x versions and above of Forge. USE IT, it will solve 80% of all your problems. Do not use the universal install."

The above is not telling you to use the 1.6 version of minecraft, it's telling you that for 1.6.x versions and higher there is a specific forge installer for each version and to use that rather than the universal forge installer.

 

As for support for "legacy version of minecraft and forge" the rules state that if instructions in there don't help you then you're on your own due to lack of manpower to offer support for every version

I am using the specifc forge version for 1.7.10 ... And is this what you mean by logs?
