Forge 1.12.2 Crash

Hello there, as you can see i'm very new but I have been having a few problems.

 

I downloaded Forge 1.12.2 a couple of days ago but when I try to play Minecraft on any version the screen freezes and the blue loading circle appears, then it comes up saying that it is not responding.

I have no mods at all and don't know what to do, I have seen some people with the same problem but mainly because they had other mods installed like OptiFine.

 

 

If anybody can help me I would greatly appreciate it!
