Hi. For about 2 days for now, I can't join server with same mods [server is working fine, other players with "modpack" can join]. But not me. Everytime i try join game i get crashlog [posted below], same thing for creating singleplayer world. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

If you had read the crash report you would have seen:

Please follow that advice.

The only advice I can give you is to try removing all the mods and adding them back in until you have issues again to find out which mod is broken.

Well.. I've read this crashlog too many times. I saw it, but even that:

  Reveal hidden contents


Main thing, that Stacktrace isn't even changing. It always have: 
at net.minecraft.client.multiplayer.PlayerControllerMP.func_78750_j(PlayerControllerMP.java:373)
    at net.minecraft.client.multiplayer.PlayerControllerMP.func_78765_e(PlayerControllerMP.java:346)

Nothing on internet tells anything about that error..

Yes, that is because it seems to be an error from an access transformer. You should post on the core mods forums not here as it is not related to forge.
