[1.12.2] Textures not rendering

I was playing modded minecraft on 1.12.2, and everything was fine, till I installed some shaders. 

After that, the door factory from malisis got transparent, revolver got transparent, switch from malisis got transparent.

Though railgun remained same.

Please help :'(
