Libraries failed to download

      Hello All,

 

As of recently I have discovered forge and I was planning to use it to of course use some mods. On trying to start it however, it shows that 3 different libraries have failed to download. 

 

If anyone has any suggestions on how I can fix this that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
