My game crashes when it gets to initializing game.

I keep tring to launch my game and I keep getting this message, The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1

What does this mean can someone help me?

My firend was able to run it just fine with all the mods.

1.7.10 is no longer supported on this forum update to receive further support. If you had read one more line of the crash report you would have seen:

    at ic2.core.block.machine.tileentity.TileEntityRecycler.setRecyclerBlacklistFromString(TileEntityRecycler.java:195)

 

So remove IC2
