downloading forge from site error

Hello, I'm new to modding and using forge, so I hope this post is in the right place. anyway, I cannot download forge from the installer page of the website. I get this error code "The page isn't working host: adfoc.us Error code: net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED". Am i doing something wrong?

The links work fine for me. When you click the link to download the installer it will take you to adfoc. You then have to wait about 5 seconds, click skip and your download should begin.
