hey . pls help, who have real experience with forge servers

now assembling home server

two cpu+board variants have equal price for me now:

1) e3-1270 3500 4+4

2) i5 2500K 4500 4+0

3) (optional) i7 2600K 4500 4+4

4) (optional) e5 1650v2 3600 6+6

what will have better performance :

a) for 1 server instance (300 mods, v1.7.10)

b) for 2-3 instances (~180-200 mods. v1.7.10)

c) (optional) for vanilla server

main question is 1-b vs 2-b comparison

2-a vs 1-a setup seems will show better or equal performance?

3-a-b is best, i understand, but how much better than 1-a-b , 2-a-b?

2-c most likely better that 1-c?

4-b - 6+6 threads, but price as two pc with e3 1270, what will better 1650v2 vs two quadro cpu pc's?

and what about forge 1.7.10 vs 1.12-1.14 threads behaviour no changes?
