[1.12.2] Weather 2 mod - is there a way to change the weather?

Hi.
I've installed the mod "Weather 2", however, I have no clue how to change the weather in-game. I've looked through a few forums but found nothing of use. Is there a command or something to change the weather? (For example from "rain" to "clear"). The normal Minecraft commands don't work.
