I have been having problems with a Modded Minecraft 1.7.10 Server. I host it on LogMeIn Hamachi. I load up the forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1558-1.7.10-universal file and it loads up but after it states  [Server thread/INFO] [net.minecraft.server.dedicated.DedicatedServer]: Done (27.642s)! For help, type "help" or "?"  it continues with

-Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 6016ms behind, skipping 120 tick(s)
-Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 15860ms behind, skipping 317 tick(s)
-Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 2903ms behind, skipping 58 tick(s)
-Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 3929ms behind, skipping 78 tick(s)

and then when I try and login to the server it boots me out saying  Connection Lost Timed Out but a friend of mine is able to log in to the server but it boots her off saying the Server is Closed and it then crashes the forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1558-1.7.10-universal server. Help! Please!

1.7.10 is no longer supported on the forums sorry dude. however my guess would be a lack of resources, have you tried dedicating more RAM to the server?
