Minecraft really slow with 8 GB of ram and fast settings. (Twitch launcher)

I am using the twitch launcher, and whenever I try to launch Minecraft with 106 mods I always get seven frames.

You probably have a problem with your profile, the most common fix is to back up your mods and delete the profile.

Also check how much RAM twitch is allocating. Go to the 3 lines in the upper left corner > settings > minecraft > Java settings and check the maximum allocated memory. Also check that the instance doesn't have it's own RAM allocation set too low.
