Get List/Number of all dimensions on a server

Hey guys,

is there a way to get the number of dimensions that are available on a server?

 

For example if there are only "Overworld","Nether" and "End" dimension that number would be 3.

 

and maybe another question: is there a way to get the name of that dimension when you have the integer of that dimension?
